Philosophy: Hope Oil Free Moisturiser, SPF 30

Hello Lovelies!

When I first purchased this product I was extremely excited to use it. At the time I was on a hunt for a daily face moisturizer that would help with hyper-pigmentation. Hope in a Jar, was marketed to reduce the signs of aging, which usually helps with hyper-pigmentation. I thought this product was going to be one of those products that would become a staple in my daily skin care routine. Unfortunately that did not turn out to be the case. When using  this product it made my face oily.Typically have oily to combination skin, but when using this product it seemed to make my skin worse. I found myself needing to touch up a few times throughout the day. I think for those with dry skin would enjoy enjoy this product. Another downfall of this product for me is how I went through it so quickly, that is not the worst thing I just noticed that typically I can keep a face moisturizer for quite some time. I finished this product in about four months. On this plus side, this product is made without parabens, sulfates, and without synthetic fragrances and dyes, so if you have sensitive skin this may not harm your face which is always good news!

Over all I liked the the consistency of this product and how it moisturized my face, but I will not be repurchasing this product only because if my face look more oily.
