It’s Time for the #Last90Days Challenge

Yesterday I started a challenge called the last 90 days, created by Rachael Hollis. First, I love a challenge, something about keeping myself accountable and doing the things that makes me better is so my jam lol. The Last 90 Days is a challenge that reminds you to put as much effort as we do in the beginning of the year at the end of the year.

This challenge is based on her Five to Thrive list which consists of :

  1. Drinking half your body weight in ounces
  2. Getting up an hour early each day
  3. Moving your body for 30 minutes each day
  4. Practice daily gratitude
  5. Give up one category of food.

I am excited to be doing this challenge and I will be checking in throughout these last 90 days. I already know I am going to have some struggles but I am here to overcome them. Just to share- getting up in the morning has ALWAYS been a challenge for me and I think it will be hard to make sure I am working out daily because sometimes my schedule can get away from me. I assure you I am going to make it happen!
