Is camo… I think I have overdone it this season with camo and leopard. I just can’t help myself, both prints look good with everything. Camo, adds a little edge to an outfit which is why I love it so much. Here I have on a t-shirt dress, that is really comfortable might I add. To make it more fall appropriate I added a long sweater and booties if you recreate this look try adding some stockings if it is too cold to go bear-legged. I posted this dress a while back if you want to see it styled differently click here.

This dress! I have worn this over and over all summer, I’m so glad that I get to share it with you today. I waited until now, simply because it will be a great transitional piece going into the fall. If this is not the dress for you, I think a black midi dress would be great as well.
I wore this skirt to work a few weeks back and I shared the look on my Instagram. I’m so excited to share this styled look on here too. I just love this skirt, when I wear it, it makes me feel pretty. Those are the best items don’t you agree?
I found this dress a few weeks ago, and when I saw it I knew I would have gotten so much use out of it. Typically, I have a classic style and I know I’ve talked about my personal style on here before. It’s just so important to know what your personal style is. Finding your personal style will be the best thing for your wardrobe.
After you identify what your style is, you will be able to determine what stores suit your style best. It will help determine if certain items will go with other items in your closet. For example, I love almost everything from Free People, but it doesn’t typically fit into my style. Not to say, I may not have a few things from them, but those are the super cute wild cards.
After you determine what store will work best for your style, shopping will become a breeze. After you build your wardrobe you won’t HAVE to go shopping so often and you will be able to identify where you have gaps in your wardrobe.
In the past, I would have defined my style as preppy. Over the years, I’ve moved away from the preppy ascetic and would consider myself to have more of a classic style. I’ve truly embraced this style simply because I like to have pieces of clothes that will stand the test of time.
One of my favorite style icons is Jackie O… I love her chic yet classic style. When I styled this look, it reminded me of my summers spent sailing. Too bad, I’ve only been sailing in my head, but the look is still super cute.
A shirt dress, one of the most comfortable items in my closet. I have a few in my closet in different styles. They come in handy on so many occasions. I mostly find myself wearing them to work on a Friday.
I have this rule I follow regarding dress down Fridays. Do it with class. I like to wear more casual looks on Friday, but you will never see me wearing jeans. On those days when I just need something to work. I denim shirt dress will always do the trick.
Honesty is always the best policy. I want to be honest with you all and show or tell you I don’t get all dolled up and glamorous every single day. I’m sure you realize that when you see my daily outfit post. I wanted to do this post to share with you, you can still look like a normal person just running out for a second and still be somewhat put together.
Does this shirt look familiar to you? If not, check out this link so we are all on the same page.
I love mixing prints, and I have been so in love with army fatigue lately. It just goes with everything. Can I tell you, I’ve had this jacket since college. It has never disappointed me. Year after year, I always find myself reaching for it. It is just perfect because it adds a splash of fun to just about any outfit.
This year, I added this tee to my spring staples, and I have been wearing it so much. I am actually wearing it now 🙂 Nonetheless, it is a perfect tee that can be worn in so many ways. I wear it to work with a blazer and on the weekends with army fatigue jackets- lol. If you are looking for a great tee that goes with pretty much everything, you have to just try it on. I promise you will love it.
Do you remember this dress from last year? I was on the hunt for months trying to find this dress in my size. Eventually, I gave up. On a recent trip to Goodwill lately, this little number was on the rack just waiting for me to purchase it. I not sure if I am going to wear it for Easter this year, but when else can you justify having rabbits on your collar.
