A Coatagain is a a heavy cardigan but a light weight coat. I have been wanting one so bad but couldn’t find the right one. On a whim I went to Old Navy and found this cute coatagain. It also comes in pink, which I almost bought it this weekend (I resisted), but I think I will once they have another sale.

I think I have every item in leopard form (this is not entirely true. I don’t have a leopard purse!). It’s hard because it matches everything and adds a lot of fun to any outfit. So why not? I like to walk on the wild side (pun intended … lol).

Hello Loves,

I am sad to say I think I will be done posting summer looks. Let’s have a moment of silence to say good bye to the summer… Don’t you worry tho 🙂 if you want to see the looks I am currently wearing please go check out my Instagram for day by day looks 🙂

Question, what are you most excited about for the fall other than fall fashion? On the typic of fashion let talk about this look. I have had this shirt since last summer and never got around to wearing it. As for these shorts, I found them in the Gap Outlet for SIX DOLLARS yes I had to buy them. Unfortunately,  I can’t find any of these items, but I am sure you will be able to make this outfit with what you already have in your closet.

Weekend Recap

Hi Fashionistas!

First let me say sorry there was no post yesterday. I have been doing the most. Which means I have not been planning my time as well as I should be. To keep it really real, I have been watching Power in my spare time and I’ve been sucked in! No excuse, but I’m here now!

This weekend I had a blast! I went to a friend’s wedding and after a few of us went to the Baltimore Harbor and  hung out. I’m excited to share the day with you, I never take photos when I am out, typically I like to spend time with the people around me, but since I did this time I wanted to share them with you. img_0183-1img_0184img_0178img_0182-1img_0154

Plaid

Happy Friday Friends!

This week has been a crazy busy week. I am sure you all noticed I had a difficult time posting this week. Just know, I am here today with an outfit that would be perfect if you work in an office setting.

In the winter I wear a lot of dresses and skirts, which means I live in tights and stockings. It is always fun to wear colored tights for style and to keep you warm. In my opinion it just add a element of fun to an outfit.

I found this jacket a few years back at Target but you can find the current season here. The plaid shirt is from the Gap (similar here) and my skirt is thrifted, but is  J Crew . I usually get my tights from Target which has an amazing selection of colors and prints.

Restyled a Comfy Sweater

Greetings! I have been under the weather for about a week now. I am so over it!!! I can admit I am dramatic when I am sick. I feel like I am not going to make it. Thankfully, I am on the other side of this cold and I sure it is not fatal, so life will be back to normal soon. If you remember a few months ago I wore this sweater in this post. This sweater is so warm and cozy. I love to wear it around the house, to work and on the weekends. I find blue to be a neutral color in my wardrobe, so this sweater goes with everything. I lucked up and found it at Burlington’s which means it was affordable! I have had these shoes for a few years now, here is a very similar pair. If you notice, I like to buy quality clothes that last though the seasons. I don’t tend to gravitate to trendy pieces, because I like to have my clothes for a few years. If you are looking for something similar I will try to link something close. Oh and these are my favorite Jeans again 🙂

Army Brights

Again another outfit with sneakers. I can’t express to you enough how much I have been loving sneakers lately. I actually am looking into buying another pair soon. Just waiting for that perfect sale. By the way happy hump day! We are halfway through the week.

Outfit story: I have had this jacket since college. I wear if often and I still love it as much as I did when I first purchased. This shirt is from the Gap quite some years ago, I just recently started appreciating it for how great it is! It’s so warm and comfy. Here is the kicker. I found these pants from the thrift store! Do you all shop at the thrift store? I have since I was a tiny little girl. You can find really good deals. The day I got these pants, they were having a buy 2 get one free sale, I participated.

I love plaid! Love it, Love it, Love it! Typically, in the winter I am COLD! It’s that cold feel in your bones. Flannel shirts become my best friend. They are just as comfortable as a t-shirt but warm like a sweater. Then to put a sweater over it… is like wearing a heated blanket.

Hi Friends,

This outfit came together completely by accident. One day I started to get dressed and wanted to wear something comfy, in those situations a t-shirt and jeans is my go to outfit. Just to keep it real with you all, originally I had on flats with this outfit but it needed something else to add that “it factor” so I pulled these shoes out of the back of my closet and it was perfect! A cute outfit is born.

This outfit would be perfect for a date night or a night out with the girls. I just need for it to stop raining here in the D.C. area.
